Ela runs various Aromatherapy workshops (see her website ) This will be an introduction to aromatherapy oils, their properties and application – when and how to use them. It can be a base on which to explore the significance of the sense of smell.
It will be a play day to smell some oils and create your own blends. Find out about methods of application and the dosage involved in making some basic blends and learn about safety and contra-indications of using essential oils.
Cost: $135.00 (7hrs) – The workshop fee includes:

- 50 ml body oil and 50ml body mist (made on the day)
- ALL Meals provided: homemade vegetarian morning and afternoon tea and lunch
