At the exact time of the Global Silent Minute, wherever you are, ring a bell –
- Or tap a glass with a spoon
- Or press play on the clip on YouTube: Global Silent Minute Bell – this clip commences with a bell. Press play. Listen to its sound and commence the minute of Silence.
- Or play the sound of a Tibetan bowl/bell from French composer Arnaud Coutancier

Time and Date
Ring a bell at 9.00pm London GMT/UTC on 21 December 2019 and join together with the Forces of Light in one minute of global, potent, cooperative Silence between both sides of the veil to create a better world for all.
In Australia, times for states and territories for the Global Silent Minute are on Sunday 22 December 2019:
- 5:00am Western Australia
- 6:30am: Northern Territory
- 7:00am: Queensland
- 7:30am: South Australia
- 8:00am: ACT, NSW, Tasmania and Victoria

Facebook live event
There will be live coverage through our Facebook Live event from 8.25 pm GMT on 21 December [35 minutes before the Global Silent Minute]. See https://www.facebook.com/groups/726040717876690/.
