The Journey Continues – Epilogue

The Journey Continues is a sequel to Journey of a Lifetime: A Group Story and continues the account of the group’s journey through more than thirty years’ work.   We have been posting a chapter each month and have now reached the final epilogue.  All the chapters of both books will remain on our website for reference. EPILOGUE – The future World

The Day dawned bright and clear and the Sun followed its upward journey to its zenith. Full overhead the Sun shone down upon the Earth and upon its peoples and the shadows contracted close around the objects that cast them. No longer were the long, long fingers of the shadows claiming the world. No longer could those things that thrive in darkness find place.

All things were open to view. The world with all its kingdoms, with all its beings, was seen as One – a single living entity expressing the beauty and the wisdom of its diversity as the Logos had planned from the beginning.

All artificial divisions disappeared in the brilliance of the light. They were but the illusions caused when the forms stood in the way of the flood of light from the higher worlds. Forgetting they were the Children of the Father and believing they were the forms through which they lived and expressed, had been the major cause of human problems and misunderstanding throughout long Ages.

And yet it was the Father who originally had created the forms that, through their confinement and their power to endow experience, the Children might eventually awaken to their divine Sonship and thus fulfill their role as participants within the creative process of the life of the Logos of Planet Earth, their Father. Until such time, a youthful humanity had been protected from the fullness of light until it had learned the basic lessons in the school of planet Earth.

Now the turning cycles of the Cosmos brought this world into the influence of those energies through which the spiritual kingdom, the fifth Kingdom of the planet, could be apprehended and realised.

Ever since the time had come when the forces of truth and of error, of reality and of distortion, were of equal balance, the many grouped workers who stood together upon the spiritual path recognised that the Way lay open between the pairs of opposites, the opposing forces that drove the evolutionary Wheel of the planet.

They observed how those who still clung to their separated personal selves expressing selfishness, oblivious of the joy of Oneness, were as little wheels turning upon the planet and hindering the onward movement of the greater Wheel of humanity as it progressed through time and space.

The grouped workers had invoked the Light and the Enlightened Ones who dwelt therein to come to their aid as they endeavoured to bring Enlightenment to their world. They themselves worked without ceasing to express the realisation of the New Day.

As the Light increased within the world, as the Sun rose in the upper levels of human consciousness, the people were offered opportunity and challenge. That which was of the Light stood clearly evident but so also, by comparison, did that which was separated off from the advancing consciousness of the Race. Could humanity detach itself from this ancient and enormous thought form that contained the sum total of their experience and lesser identifications throughout time? They were challenged to rise, as the Phoenix, from the ashes of their previous selves, from the dead beliefs erased in the Light.

As the people struggled to adjust to the needed changes demanded by the incoming spiritual energies they began to realise that the answer was not to be found by devising outward changes. Unless there were basic changes in consciousness and the vaster horizon of Life was recognised, then the intended task would not be accomplished, and they could not enter the freedom of the fifth Kingdom to serve the plan of the new era together with their group.

In the meantime the knowers of the race continued to serve and stood as a bridge between the veil of forms in which their brothers still lingered, and the spiritual world. The Teacher who was to come looked upon his group of workers in the world and saw that their wills were merged with the greater Will and that they lived in goodwill for all. They were the magnetic seed of the future. They represented the assurance that the divine Plan of the Logos would not be thwarted by any lack of understanding of the people but now could move in unrestrained emergence to guide humanity on the next stage upon the Way.

The Sun poured forth its spiritual light and the grouped knowers of Aquarius, thinking ever in terms of response to the light of Life, and of service to the world, realised that the Teacher had never left them. He was known and seen by those who heard his sound. They worked beside him wielding the spiritual energies of the New Time as the Earth moved into the Age of Aquarius, the Server, to bring the soul in all into response and cooperation with the inner plan of the Logos.

And before long everyone will see Him.

This is by no means the end of the journey. There is ever a new beginning as together we move onward in conscious awareness.
