Guideposts for Living: The Voice of the Silence with Ed Abdill | Theosophical Classic 2004

This 20-year-old 48-minute video is from the Theosophical Society, featuring Ed Abdill, who provides us with a fascinating review of the book The Voice of the Silence by Helena Blavatsky, which was published in 1889, and according to Mme. Blavatsky, was based on a sacred book called ‘The Book of the Golden Precepts’.

The voice of the presenter resonates with the powerful and high-level truth behind The Voice of the Silence, yet he presents the concepts to us in the context of everyday life, with both humour and practical wisdom. Ed asks the question – ‘Who are we?” – and attempts to answer the question through the perspective provided by The Voice of the Silence.
